Perilium Perilium is one of the South Bay's premier Belly Dance Burlesque troupes starring of Eden and Esperanza; two dancers that found each other in the beginning of 2007 at a Belly Dance Superstar Boot Camp. Esperanza, whose background is mainly Burlesque, and Eden, with a background in Belly Dance, felt it natural to mesh these two styles together. Esperanza is a super busy mommy who owns a dental lab and teaches Yoga and Belly-Q. Belly-Q is a new burgeoning dance style that fuses Belly Dance and Burlesque and has been taking the South Bay area by storm. Eden is a busy mommy of three who teaches music and has a degree in Opera. Since officially establishing the troupe in June of 2007, Perilium has performed at Belly Dance festivals, clubs and Burlesque shows. Perilium saw the South Bay's need for live performance venues, so they now host a Belly Dance club called Club Spice. Club Spice is a quarterly event that highlights the best of South Bay talent. This duet has been busy working hard to create fun, innovative, theatrical Burlesque Belly Dance fusion and will be sure to undulate their way into your hearts!
